ODM鈥檚 Project 鈥淎ssembly Line InformationizationSpot Inspection System鈥 has passed acceptance

        On November 26th, the 鈥淛inqiao Project鈥 of Pinghu Science and Technology Association was organized for acceptance in the meeting room 341 of the municipal government. As the only three key projects this year, the 鈥淒igital Information Control Platform for Constant Velocity Universal Joint Assembly Line鈥 of our company was reported by Mr.Zeng who is the ChiefTechnician of Pinghu City on behalf of the project team.

        Mr. Zeng introduced the project from the aspects of the project development background, main research content, project innovation, project results and promotion situation and also played the project results in the field use of video introductionto the expert group. The project results have also aroused heated discussion among experts. And Mr. Zeng hasanswered questions one by one which raised by the experts.

        鈥淒igital Information Control Platform for Constant Velocity Universal Joint Assembly Line鈥漣s aProduce-Learn-Research project which carried out by our company and Chongqing Green Intelligence Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences last year.The project is based on the industry pains that currently trouble manufacturing enterprises a lot, such as the inability to control the spot inspection process of key production equipment, the difficulty in saving spot inspection data and the difficulty in calling spot inspection records. The project builds an assembly line information control platform by using the Internet of Things, Internet, information technology and other new-generation technological means.The development of this system replaces the traditional paper equipment spot inspection method, improves the authenticity and effectiveness of spot inspection results, realizes the traceability of spot inspection data, and breaks through the information island between equipment spot inspection and equipment maintenance, which lays a foundation for the further establishment of digital workshop.
